LEON MCCANN'S life these past few years revolved around raising Bairns to stand on their own two feet among the big boys.

Now comes “another purpose” of making sure his own bairn Brooks has the best start in life as the fullback juggles first steps in the top flight with fatherhood.
Plenty has changed in the near 11 months between Falkirk’s League Cup quarterfinal visit to Celtic and this Friday's return to Parkhead a round earlier.
For McCann, it isn't confined to football.
Perspective is something some within football struggle with - he isn’t one.
Falkirk fans may sing his name but his son has never heard his voice, having been born in March profoundly deaf.
McCann, 25, bravely opened up to PFA Scotland last month to help other families after he and his partner were left feeling confused and alone in the first instance.
And he told MailSport: “Obviously it’s a big change in my life.
