Jamie: We should aim for 11 a day

JAMIE Oliver will not give up his mission to get Britons eating healthily and warned we must eat more “than our five a day”.

He recently hit 50 with all the “cliché aches and pains”, and says he has “always eaten a varied diet”.

But he said “being greedy” was his biggest unhealthy-eating mistake while another unhealthy trait was only getting four hours of sleep a night for more than a decade.
