AI search tool makes house hunting simple

FINDING your dream home with a simple search from your wish list will soon be easier and quicker, thanks to artificial intelligence.

Currently, homebuyers trawl through hundreds of listings on individual estate agent websites or on property portals such as Rightmove or Zoopla in the hope of stumbling across their perfect abode.

Now, property data company Homesearch has launched the country's first AI listing tool that matches a buyer's exact preferences with specific homes on the market through estate agents.

And the new technology promises to shake up house hunting, just like online property portals once did.
