Conditional approval has been granted for a house to be built on land in Strathblane.
Stirling Council planners have agreed an application by Row Property Development for a new home between 25 and 27 Dumbrock Road.
The two-and-a-half storey house will have a footprint of around 84 square metres and share a driveway with a dwelling to the west.
