Festive run Around 90 tractors and lorries will wind their way across a route through the outskirts of the city

- STUART MCFARLANE

The streets around Stirling will once again play host to a popular festive ‘tractor run’ as the organisers hope to make it the biggest one yet.

The regular event will see a group of around 90 tractors and lorries wind their way across a route through the outskirts of the city and the rural areas, with spectators often braving the cold and dark night to get some unique snaps.

It's all in aid of supporting the Royal Highland Educational Trust - a nonprofit charity which aims to spread the word about the importance of food, farming and the countryside.
