Former Deputy Chief Minister and Working President of J&K Congress, Tarachand hailed the decision of Central Government to announce caste based census in the Country and termed it a Victory of Congress struggle for social Justice led by its leader of Opposition Sh Rahul Gandhi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, he said that the government in Centre has recognized the strong vision of Rahul Gandhi who has been struggling for this for years. In every election congress party promised this issue while drafting it's election Manifesto and Congress implemented this after came in Power in Telangana state and started census on caste based.
