LEAD, JKSC sign MoU to drive sports-led development in Region

In a landmark step towards promoting regional growth and youth empowerment, Jammu & Kashmir State Sports Council (JKSCC) and LEAD (Ladakh Jammu & Kashmir Economic Growth and Development Dialogue) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at LEAD Office, Jammu, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership to promote sports as a catalyst for sustainable development across Jammu and Kashmir.

The MoU was signed by Nuzhat Gul, Secretary of the J&K Sports Council, and Rajesh Gupta, Board Member of LEAD, in the presence of LEAD State Convenor Harinder Gupta.
In his address Harinder Gupta said, sports have emerged as a powerful engine of community development, employment generation, economic growth, and national pride.
