JU organizes first-ever hands-on cyber forensics workshop for 'Design Your Degree’ Students

JAMMU: In a major step towards integrating experiential learning into undergraduate education, the University of Jammu, in collaboration with iHub Divya Sampark, IIT Roorkee, and Cyber Intelligence Global LLP, organized its first-ever hands-on Cyber Forensics Workshop for students enrolled in the innovative Design Your Degree (DYD) program.

Held at the Skill, Incubation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre (SIIEDC), the two-day workshop marked a pioneering initiative in bringing digital forensics training to the undergraduate level. The workshop, conceptualized as part of the broader academic reforms led by Prof. Umesh Rai, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, aligns with his vision of embedding skill-based and real-world learn-ing into higher education.
