Manslaughter charge for man after death of baby

A MAN accused of the manslaughter of a baby boy has appeared in court.
-
The three-month-old, from Stafford, was taken to hospital on October 12, 2023.
Tragically, he died eight days later on October 20.
Gareth Stark has now been charged with manslaughter and assault, ill-treat, neglect, and abandon of a child/young person to cause unnecessary suffering.
