Opening date for new city hub revealed

A DATE has been set for the public opening of Swansea city centre’s new community services hub, Y Storfa.
Swansea Council, which is transforming the former BHS building at the junction of Oxford Street and Princess Way, plans to officially open its doors on Monday, December 1.
Y Storfa has been hailed as “the cornerstone” of the council's £1bn regeneration programme. It brings together a wide range of services under one roof, in what the council hopes will create a “modern, welcoming environment”.
