Impressive Bony maintain unbeaten start as Swansea suffer away reverse

BONYMAEN maintained their impressive form on a busy weekend in the Swansea Fish Bowling League.

Unbeaten Bonymaen took on division one rivals Swansea BC at Primrose Park, and kept up winning sequence with a 64-52 victory to take the match points 9-3.

Rink scores: Dan Amos 15-22 Steve Adams, Rhidian Clement 22-15 Mike Hartnoll, Chris Jones 27-15 John Bryant.

Jersey hosted current champions Dunvant Druids at Jersey Park, and the home side completed an excellent win by defeating their opponents 60-53.

They took the points 9-3.

Jersey's top rink was Elmo Dulio, James Woods, Craig Thomas and skip Rhodri Johnson who defeated Paul Rees 21-14.

Other rink scores: Alan Rees 20-21 Rob Richards, Edward Johnson 19-18 Andrew Jones.

Dyfatty were at home to Coedgwilym and in a one-sided game it was the hosts who scored a convincing 78-33 victory to pick up 11 points, with one going to the visitors.
