Family left stunned as missing cat found... 13 years later

A SWANSEA worker found her missing cat after 13 years - when it turned up 140 miles away.

Jade Yhnell, aged 37, was set to move house with her husband when their beloved moggy Minx went missing.

The couple searched for the pet before making the difficult decision to move home without her that was in 2012.

The pair relocated from Bristol to Tredegar, South Wales, while five-year-old Minx was nowhere to be found.

Jade said: "We searched for her but she was gone. We never heard anything."

But the couple were reunited with Minx after receiving a call from a vet to say she had been found in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire.

Jade, a veterinary nurse, said she thought about not answering the call when it came up as an unknown number.
