CWMAMMAN United are pressing their case to be strong promotion contenders from the Macron West Wales Premier League this season.

They moved into third place with a resounding 5-0 win against Ynystawe Athletic, who dropped to fifth as a result.

The score did not fully reflect what was a fiercely contested match. However, Cwm's excellent buildup play and superior finishing ensured a well-deserved win.

It was 2-0 at halftime but two Elliot Smith goals just after the interval sealed the outcome in favour of the hosts.
