Application to turn residential property into care home

PLANS to turn a residential property in Neath Port Talbot into a care home have been handed to the local authority.
-
The plans were given to Neath Port Talbot Council last month and could eventually see the conversion of a seven-bedroom property on Cimla Road, Neath, into a five-bedroom care home.
They were handed to the council by Asbri Planning on behalf of Welsh housing association Linc Cymru Housing.
