Call for flower power as early harvest hits

A FARM has issued an urgent call for help because the mini heatwave has caused its elderflowers to grow quicker.
Belvoir Farm is located on the outskirts of Bottesford, and although it is just over the Lincolnshire border it is less than 15 minutes away from Grantham.
Due to the extreme weather hitting the UK this week, the elderflower harvest has been brought forward by two weeks at the farm.
Organisers are now issuing an urgent plea for help from the local community, asking people to get involved earlier than expected.
