A South Shields burger restaurant has received national recognition.

Craft Burger, on Ocean Road, in South Shields, has been recognised at the 2025 British Burger Awards.
The venue, which opened in April 2023, offers a range of beef smash burgers, chicken burgers and its signature sizzling doner kebabs.
