THE new visitor centre at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve is now set to open in the new year, Kent Wildlife Trust has said.
-
Work on the “flagship” new centre began last December.
The trust initially hoped the new-look Jeffrey Harrison Visitor Centre would open to visitors this summer. The completion date was then put back to autumn. The trust this week confirmed it is now hoping to finish in early January.
James Davis, visitor centre and retail manager at Kent Wildlife Trust, said: “This time last year we were closing the doors of the visitor centre to begin the long process of transformation, and I'm delighted to say we're now in the final stages of construction.
