MOTHERWELL assistant manager Max Rogers isn't surprised Elliot Watt is being linked with Rangers in the wake of some standout performances.

- BY FRASER WILSON

Watt turned in another man-of-the-match display in Tuesday's 2-0 win over Celtic as the champions were out-thought in the middle of the park.

The 25-year-old Scot (above) is reportedly on Danny Rohl's radar after an impressive opening half of the campaign.

But ahead of today’s visit of St Mirren, Rogers isn't concerned about his head being turned.

He said: “Elliot is an important player for us and helps set the tone, helps set the culture, and we don't want to see anyone leaving.
