Daughter 'cut out' of mum's fortune
A WOMAN removed from her mother’s £1.1million will is suing her older brother, claiming he influenced the move.
Aysel Gencay, 72, was disinherited after falling out with sibling Dogan Halil, 74.
Their mother Dervishe Halil died aged 94 in 2021, leaving behind a £1.1million estate.
Between October 2013 and February 2018, she made four wills, initially splitting the fortune between each of her children, but ultimately leaving everything to Dogan.
