She accepted £1,100 of Pride tickets days before flat row

ANGELA Rayner was given free festival tickets worth £1,100 days before her flat tax scandal broke, the Express can reveal.

Her official register of interests said she accepted the tickets to Brighton Pride while holidaying at her Hove seaside apartment.

The gift, from BN1 Events, was registered with the Commons 24 hours before news of Ms Rayner's second-home purchase emerged.
