Thelin adamant he won't leave Dons at a low ebb

JIMMY THELIN insists he has no intention of quitting Aberdeen while they are in turmoil on the pitch.

The Dons manager, right, is under pressure just four months after he delivered the Scottish Cup.

Thelin's side crashed out of the Premier Sports Cup at home to Motherwell last weekend, exacerbating a disastrous start to the season that has already seen them exit the Europa League at the first hurdle and sit bottom of the Premiership table with one point and no goals.

Thelin said: "You always want to leave a club in a good moment and that's why I'm talking about responsibility. We have worked really hard together with everybody else to make this turnaround of the squad and building for the future.
