IT'S the pick and mix approach by Motherwell boss Jens Berthel Askou which has Regan Charles-Cook spoiled for choice.

“Usually I'm a winger out wide but I'm floating in the centre these days, so it’s a change and it's a good development for me. It’s also a great development for the team.

“We want to get up, get turned and drive at the defences, pick holes and play passes through.

“We scored three but we probably could have got maybe four or five.
