It's time we got a grip on migrant criminality

TODAY, the Express reveals horrifying news: the authorities have no idea how many asylum seekers have committed sexual offences in the UK. Following a Freedom of Information request, we found the UK Government doesn't know the numbers, despite appalling crimes such as the two Afghans charged with the alleged rape of a 12-year-old girl in Nuneaton.

They may be the tip of an iceberg. According to England's Ministry of Justice, almost half of foreign prisoners there are incarcerated for violent and sexual crimes.

Writing in today's Express, Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said that "certain nationalities have a very high propensity to commit crime".
