THE Rangers faithful are sure to be relieved a season that kicked off last August with expectation levels on the floor is finally over.

Across a 38-game Premiership campaign that refused to betray those gloomy predictions, Gers came close to spilling points in half their fixtures after managing a disappointing 22 victories.
