CONOR McMENAMIN says there were harsh words in the St Mirren dressing room after Saturday's loss.

And he insists Saints need to quickly get their mojo back as they prepare for Livingston tomorrow. Boss Stephen Robinson is desperate for reinforcements but also told his players they are in a relegation fight.

Forward McMenamin had no answer to just how insipid 10th-placed St Mirren were. But he knows there can't be too many repeats, saying: "There was [some harsh words] and rightly so.
