IF EVER you get stuck for ideas on how to refresh your property’s interior design, try visiting a few show homes.

Come on in and enjoy the show

They're a treasure trove of pointers on how you can transform bricks and mortar into a stylish but comfortable home. And no wonder, the room sets are put together by top interior designers to help potential buyers picture themselves living an elevated, leisurely lifestyle — from the open-plan kitchen-dining-living rooms with patio doors out to barbecue-ready gardens to pristine bedrooms and hotel-standard bathrooms.

At Arden Park, a new development on the outskirts of Redditch in Worcestershire, developers Shelbourne Estates employed Sarah Coward of Bristol-based Clayton & Company to create a modern yet classic style that it says defines the development’s collection of one, two, three and four bedroom houses.

“It’s not just about making a home look beautiful, it’s about helping potential buyers picture their lives there,” says Sarah.
