ASANE EAGER TO HOME IN ON NILSEN

AMBITIOUS Norwegian second tier side Asane are keen to bring Aberdeen’s Sivert Heltne Nilsen back home to Bergen to bolster their promotion bid.
Asane, 12th of 16 in the season just ended, are managed by former Norway international and Leeds United star Eirik Bakke.
While reports in Norway suggest any move for Nilsen, 34, is more likely to happen at the end of the season, the door isn't shut - with Asane kicking off the 2026 term at home to Moss on April 5.
