Accessing assets stored online add to grief burden

Nearly one in three cannot access key financial documents as they don't know where they are kept or how to retrieve them, according to new research from employee benefits provider MetLife UK.

More than one in five surveyed admitted that they were unaware of what pensions, investments, insurance policies, bank accounts or debts their loved ones held.
