£100k for Thatcher's nomination

THE paper signed by Margaret Thatcher that led her to become Conservative Party leader could sell for over £100,000 along with a trove of official documents discovered in a garage.

The papers belonged to Sir Edward du Cann, chairman of the party's 1922 Committee during the 1975 leadership race.
