Camby sign duo who stung them last term

Cambuslang Rangers boss Paul McColl has swooped to land two players who were a thorn in his side last season.

The Somervell Park side have signed midfielder Gio Omar from St Anthony's and centre-back Shaun Roberts from Maryhill to bolster their ranks after a host of signings the previous week.

McColl has also moved quickly to secure several of last season’s squad, retaining goalkeeper Mateusz Miller, Josh Watson, Daryll Burnside, Reece McAteer and Godson Nechi, adding to defender Danny McBride, winger Nadeem Zeb and striker Carlos Lyon, who re-signed last week.

That takes their squad list to 12 and McColl is delighted with his latest recruits, who did the business against Camby in West of Scotland Second Division last term.
