The district administration's flood rescue teams demonstrated remarkable efficiency and dedication by saving the life of 78-year-old farmer Balwinder Singh in Mand Bhandu Kadaam village on Saturday morning.
The septuagenarian experienced uneasiness and chest pain amid flood conditions, prompting a swift response from the administration following a distress call around 7 am on Saturday.
