Residents of Karol Bagh have been facing problems for 20 days due to a burnt out electricity transformer

The residents of Karol Bagh Colony located on Jalandhar-Kapurthala Road have been facing problems due to the burnt out power transformer for the past 20 days and Powercom is not listening to them citing that their transformer is private.
To solve the problem faced by the residents of the colony, a delegation of Karol Bagh Welfare Society led by President B.L. Bhardwaj met Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar Panchal today and informed him about the entire problem related to the transformer.
The residents of the colony said that they have been living in this colony for about 20 years and they took electricity connections from Powercom in this colony recognized by PUDA as per the rules.
