Parenting is not an easy task. Every parent has their own experiences and advice.

Today, people are becoming more aware that many problems in society are caused by a lack of proper parenting. Most parents are not automatically prepared to handle the many challenges that come with raising children. These challenges are growing due to changes in society such as technology, finances, behavior, emotions, and mental health.

This situation becomes worse because more mothers now work outside the home, the number of divorces has increased, families often live far from relatives, and children are more attached to mobile phones and electronic media. Also, families are busier than before, with little time to spend together.

Impact of Technology and Media

Mobile addiction is a serious problem among children and teenagers today. A large part of their energy and attention is spent on mobile phones. For many children, their whole world is limited to a mobile screen of just 6 or 7 inches. Even when families live together, each person is busy on their own screen. People forget to meet the emotional and social needs of each other.

Although mobile phones and media were made for communication and information, too much use leads to addiction. Mobile addiction harms children's physical, emotional, and mental health. Scientific studies show that using mobile phones creates temporary pleasure in the brain by releasing a chemical called dopamine. Over time, the brain demands more dopamine, which can lead to mental health problems like aggression, depression, anxiety, and even thoughts of suicide, Concerns of Parents

Due to these changes, parenting has become more difficult.

Parents are often confused and worried. Common questions in their minds are:

- What should my child learn?

- How and where does real learning happen?
