South African Hindu Dharma Sabha calls for OCI process reform

THE South African Hindu Dharma _Sabha_ recently requested the High Commissioner of India, Shri Prabhat Kumar Ji, to initiate appropriate relaxation of obstructive and even prohibitive bureaucratic requirements, as well as the calibrated simplification of the process of acquiring Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI).
The Sabha also wrote to Professor Anil Sooklal Ji, the South African ambassador to India, as well as Professor Ashook Ramsaran Ji, the president of the Indian Diaspora Council, to intervene.
