Gaza’s children: the silent suffering under occupation

August 27, 2025

AS A FATHER and grandfather, my heart weeps for the children of Gaza, Palestine, as the apartheid regime in Israel, led by Bibi Netanyahu, has mobilised a large contingent ahead of a planned invasion - occupation of Gaza City and the execution of its genocidal pogrom in Gaza in general.

And the world, including 55 of the 57 Muslim countries, watches with folded arms like spectators in one of Caligula's circuses.

Yes, 55 out of 57 Muslim-client-states together with the rest of the UN member states act like eunuchs doing nothing. So far 870 and still counting children have died from starvation at Israel's behest just in the month of Safar 1447/July-August 2025. Yes, that's a daily tally equivalent to a class a day by South African standards.
