Chelsea triumphs in soccer competition

THE recent world club men’s soccer competition in its revised format with eight groups and four teams in each held recently in the USA was a resounding success.
Teams came from six continents.
Well done to Chelsea of London who won the coveted title with a thrashing of 2025 Champions League winners PSG winning 3-0.
The man of the match Cole Palmer scored a great brace and had an assist also. He had PSG’s Donnaruma clutching fresh air. Chelsea had won the cup in 2021 in the old format.
