Bridging technology and human resources for a brighter future

Ranjith graduated at UKZN’s Westville campus with the BCom in human resource management, information systems and technology.

Born and raised in Pietermaritzburg, Ranjith pursued a qualification that uniquely blends information technology and human resources, equipping her with the tools to navigate a modern workplace shaped by innovation and emotional intelligence.

“The world is evolving rapidly with technological advancements, but there's also a growing emphasis on human interaction,” said Ranjith.

“This qualification felt like the perfect way to bridge those two areas. It’s essential today not only to understand technology, but also to manage and connect with people effectively.”
