Performers bring literature to life

Gr 12 learners from Jabez Christian Academy were joined by learners from Eagle's Nest Christian Academy, Kingfisher Private School from Phalaborwa and King's Court Christian School from Modjadjiskloof last Monday when PIT Productions hosted an interactive workshop on 'Othello' up to act 5, scene 1, 'Brave New World' and 'The White Tiger' before the last chapter, 'Seventh Night' - all prescribed books for learners of English Home Language.
The programme also included their prescribed poems 'Ozymandias of Egypt', 'Will it be so again', 'Nobody Loses all the Time', and 'Namaqualand after Rain' and ended with 'Strangers Forever', 'Mirror', 'For Oom Piet', and 'Moving through the Silent Crowd'.
