LIPA to roll out key initiatives in coming months

The Limpopo Independent Practitioners Association (Lipa has emerged from its October 2025 strategic planning workshop with renewed purpose, sharper focus, and a bold roadmap for institutional growth.
Facilitated by Maemo Kobe, Lipa hosted a two-day workshop which brought together executive members, regional representatives, and strategic partners to revisit the vision first articulated in 2022 and to chart a path forward in response to evolving healthcare realities.
The workshop, described by participants as; robust, visionary, and unifying, culminated in the adoption of key strategic objectives aimed at strengthening Lipa's operational capacity and deepening its value proposition for members.
The planning session produced two overarching goals:
• Strengthening the organisational capacity.
