Om 'n bonsai-boom in stand te hou is 'n kuns wat nie almal kan bemeester nie.
Jan Stemmet wys hoe om 'n bonsai-boom te plant.
Jan Stemmet en sy vrou Ursula, het hierdie kuns byna perfek bemeester, met meer as 800 bome in hul erf.
"Die bonsai-kuns het meer as 1 000 jaar gelede in China ontstaan toe Budistiese inwoners replikas begin maak het van die bome waaronder Buda mediteer en met mense gesels het. Hierdie replikas is in verskillende dorpe geplaas sodat die Budiste daar kan bid," sê Jan.
