The Scottish Final of Young Chef Young Waiter Young Mixologist (YYY) 2025 will take place this September at the legendary Gleneagles Hotel
-
showcasing the very best of the nation's rising hospitality stars in a two day, high pressure, live competition featuring four teams of Scottish finalists.
Heading the judging panel is Lorna McNee, Scotland's only female Michelin-starred chef, who will lead an exceptional lineup spanning kitchen, service and bar.
Over two days, Scotland's brightest under-28 chefs, waiters and mixologists will be pushed to their limits in front of some of the industry's most respected figures.
The competition is proudly supported by Scottish-owned Champagne PIAFF, headline sponsor of YYY, whose longstanding commitment has helped the event grow into a global celebration of young hospitality talent.
