Duo will hit the heights for mental health charity

Perth man Barry Yeaman and friend Claire Hendry are to walk to Everest base camp at 5,380m, Nepal, this October for The Neuk.

The St Paul’s Square facility, which provides a number of vital mental services, has been operating since 2021.

It is a cause close to Barry’s heart as a friend has taken their own life.

Barry (57) said: "Every day sadly people wake up and think the only way out is to end their life or they really struggle with their mental health.
