A Renfrewshire cadet volunteer has been named as the recipient of a highly coveted award.

Civilian instructor Aidan Warren of the 49F Greenock Squadron Air Training Corps was named as the air cadets west winner at the Cadet Adult Recognition Awards (CARAs).
On receiving his CARA, CI Warren said: “I’m over the moon that I’ve won this award.
