TONIGHT CAN BE A NEW DON

The Buddies head to Pittodrie this evening in search of a first league win since beating Dundee 1-0 at the SMISA Stadium on September 27.

On that day, the Dons had still not picked up their first victory and Robbo’s men were third in the table with the gap between the two sides sitting at eight points.

Fast forward two months and, despite making it to the final of the League Cup, Saints now trail the Dons by seven points and have only picked up one point themselves since.

However, Paisley chief Robbo believes the situation is not terminal with Aberdeen this season, and Hibernian last term, demonstrating just what can be achieved when the corner is turned.

"The league can turn on its head," he said at the club's Ralston training ground.

"I said on Saturday we were in a relegation battle, which the league table suggests we are.
