New pay deal for council workers

Trades people who maintain Renfrewshire Council buildings and houses have now agreed a new two-year pay deal.

The craft workers agreement covers a two-year period running from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027. It comprises a four per cent uplift in pay which will run over the first year followed by a 3.5 per cent uplift in April 2026.
