Fears raised about 'unsafe' work practices

Residents of a Foxbar estate say their lives are blighted by loud music, foul language and unsafe work practices.

People living on Waverley Road say contractors working on Renfrewshire Council's regeneration scheme show little regard for locals, and further, the local authority has failed to hold them accountable for their actions.

A concerned member of the public told the Paisley Daily Express that they had raised several complaints with the local authority who failed to act.

The person, who didn’t want to be named, said: “I have serious concerns about the ongoing works being carried out by Renfrewshire Council in Foxbar at the moment.
