Activist urges court to overturn centre ban

He is, however, today asking Glasgow Sheriff Court to lift the ban - arguing it prevents him from carrying out his work with the Scottish Tenants Association, where he meets with tenants and supports homeless people in Glasgow.

The ban also prevents him from using public transport which runs through the city centre zone.
He said: “I travel to Glasgow city centre to meet tenants who are dealing with damp, mouldy houses and those facing homelessness and I have been prevented from doing any of that. It’s deeply unfair.
