Jurisdictional dispute delays recovery
Residents near Ahmad Nagar, under the Jajpur Road railway over bridge (ROB), discovered the body of a minor girl Friday morning and alerted both the Government Railway Police (GRP) and the Jajpur Road police.
Both police units arrived at the scene and found the body wrapped in cloth, with only the legs visible.
