With an aim to transform Odisha into a globally competitive maritime state, Commerce and Transport (C&T) department Wednesday convened a high-level consultative workshop on preparation of a strategic roadmap— Odisha Maritime Perspective Plan (OMPP).
The workshop, chaired by C&T department Principal Secretary Usha Padhee, brought together senior officials and key stakeholders from multiple departments and agencies to provide critical inputs for finalising the state’s long-term maritime strategy.
