Taking stock of the preparedness for Rath Yatra, H&FW secretary Aswathy S secretary directed the senior department officers to ensure adequate arrangements for sevayats, pilgrims and tourists, starting from Nabajauban Darshan to Niladri Bije
A high-level meeting, reviewing the preparedness ahead of Rath Yatra was held under the chairpersonship of Health and Family Welfare department secretary Aswathy S at Lok Seva Bhawan conference hall here recently.
Taking stock of the available and required healthcare facilities, the secretary directed the senior officers of the department to ensure adequate arrangements for sevayats, pilgrims and tourists, starting from Nabajauban Darshan (June 26) to Niladri Bije (July 8). “The facilities and services with required manpower will be placed well in advance of the scheduled dates,” she added.
